Requiem Service Request

Hokehankist - We'll honor your beloved and offer a memorial prayer to your loved ones to help put their Spirits to rest.

Please register your requiem requests and submit it no later then Saturday 3:00 p.m. in order for us to honor & read it on Sunday. All requests submitted Saturday after 3:00 p.m. will be honored and read the following week.
Any desire of requests to be printed in our church newsletter, please submit no later then Thursday before noon.

You can also print the Requiem Request form and give it to us in person.
